We do a comprehensive due diligence on the local market and create a unique leasing and management plan to match the market all while integrating the operational and capital budgets.

Through the use of advanced technology, we are able to ensure the successful management of our back end operations while implementing strict internal controls. We use specialized financial accounting and leasing software to create and evaluate reports in a prompt and precise manner. We also keep digital waitlists that are tailored to our programs and have built-in requirements and preferences.
Partnerships with Local Housing
We work with the local housing agencies to keep an open line of communication. This relationship is critical during periods of renewals and move-in's.
Compliance Record Preservation
Our software simplifies the process of entering all types of certifications (initial, interim, and recerts), streamlines the sharing of information, ensures the safety of personal details, and is also beneficial to the environment. Furthermore, HUD Form 50059 and voucher processing are integrated into the software.
